    About the company.
    Our client is a Global Fortune 500 company with more than forty years of history, and is a leading provider of lifestyle and digital transformation solutions. Being a leading manufacturer in the Consumer Durables space, its global revenue reached more than RMB 300 billion in 2021. Due to expansion plans within China, they are in search of a Sales Director (Greater China) to grow its business.

    About the job.

    1. Total responsibility for multi channels, including Distributors, Projects, Wholesale etc
    2. Responsible for the acquisition of customer orders, indicators to achieve. 
    3. Fully involved in recruiting and upskilling sales team
    4. Develop and implement Sales strategy
    5. Cross collaboration between functional teams, involved in Business Development/M&A
    6. Responsible for the project budget and other related information collection, access and timely follow-up. 
    7. Responsible for the maintenance of customer relations, contact and docking support with headquarters platform resources. 
    8. Handling of customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. 
    9. Lead the organization of customer bid evaluation and negotiation of the whole process of participation, planning, to ensure that the project won the bid and the security of the later implementation. 


    Skills and experience required.
