- involves working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to data availability, performance, and security. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in data
- management and operations, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.
- Key responsibilitiesinclude:
- Develop and implement data management policies and procedures
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement
- Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of data infrastructure
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data security and compliance
- Manage a team of data operations professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers
- Provide regular reports on system performance and availability to senior management
- Assisting the team for identifying, collecting data and developing the core features of Data Platform
- Collaborate with global and local data team for technical solutions design
- Proactively propose Best Practices solution to optimize Data Platform
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 8-10 years of experience in data management and operations, with a focus on reliability and availability
- Experience managing a team of data operations professionals
- Strong knowledge of data infrastructure and systems, including databases, storage, and networking
- Experience with cloud-based data systems (AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams
- Experience developing and implementing data management policies and procedures
- Knowledge of data security and compliance regulations (e.g. GDPR, HIPAA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Experience on security and monitoring subjects
- Experience on CI/CD, Function Compute, Docker, Grafana
- Experience on Power BI Service, On Premise Data Gateway
- Familiar with Big /EMR is a big plus
- Autonomy, cautious, analytical skills and problem-solving attitude, good communication skills
- Fluent in Chinese & English (Verbal and written communications)
