Responsibility:
- Digital Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy for the HR function. Identify areas where digital solutions can bring efficiency, automation, and innovation to HR processes.
- HR Technology Management: Evaluate, select, implement, and maintain HR technology solutions, such as applicant tracking systems, workflow management systems, and other digital platforms. Ensure seamless integration and data integrity between various HR system.
- Employee Experience Enhancement: Implement digital solutions to enhance the employee experience throughout the HR lifecycle. This may include online tools for onboarding, benefits administration, learning and development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with HR technology vendors and external partners to evaluate, select, and manage relationships. Negotiate contracts, ensure service level agreements are met, and stay updated with emerging HR technology trends and innovations.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HR business partners, COE, IT departments and other stakeholders to align digital initiatives with organizational needs. Build strong relationship, manage expectations, and communicate effectively to ensure support and engagement from stakeholders
Requirements:
- 8 to 10 years + HR digital experience in company which over 500+ people (consumer/retail industry is a plus) is preferred.

- Experience in Workday system is a plus
- Bachelor degree or above
