1. Monitor closing process and Balance Sheet review process to ensure financial statements accuracy.
2. Review the tax returns process to ensure tax compliance and reasonable.
3. Assess the internal control & financial risk level, recommend solutions, track the action and result
4. Ensure compliance with accounting rules and provide information to complete internal and external audit procedures.
5. Understand the SAP system process, can design and implement the SAP system

skills and experience required.

1. Bachelor's degrees or above
2. Over 10 years accounting experience, and more than 3 years in people management position.
3. Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously.
4. Strong customer focus and business acumen.
5. Good command of both Chinese and English
