You will serve as the local owner responsible for bringing systematic global know-how to North Asia and across all Business Units(BU)
- Lead and drive critical strategic capabilities initiatives, working in coordination with key
stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Work with business leaders and marketers across the organization to identify capabilities
need so as to initiate and design relevant programmes together with partners Support department director to plan and implement capabilities programme
- Identify new areas of capability building and design and structure capabilities building programme
- Keep up with emerging topics within B&W and marketing trends to build early connections and access for marketing capabilities building
skills and experience required.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: - A degree in business or a related field
- 5 - 8 years of working experience in the branding/design agencies with account building experience
- Strong people skill - Able to manage and influence internal and external stakeholders and partners
- A strong interest in the consumer products industry, coupled with a growth-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
