    • Reports to Sr. Director, PM&AM
    • Closely work with program leaders to achieve the program goals and implement the program plan
    • Interacts with governance and functional leaders on topics related to program delivery.
    • Partner with core functional lead representatives from discovery, pre-clinical, CMC, clinical operation, medical, regulatory, enabling functions responsible to ensure appropriate valuations, budget management and robust decision making for resources allocations.
    • Possible external partner alignment and in licensing program integration

    • Top-down translates company’s strategic objectives into program operational plans; provides insight into operational feasibility of proposed strategies.
    • Drives cross-functional and cross-geographical alignment to program operational plans and goals.
    • Recognizes and flags internal or external impacts to program plans; leads team in characterizing the impacts and revising plans as appropriate.
    • Ensures that cost, time, and quality parameters are clearly outlined in the plans.
    • Characterize deliverables with associated timing, resources, quality parameters, interdependencies across lines, risk and mitigation plans.
    • Leads the process for evaluation, optimization and planning of alternative operational options.
    • Accountable for delivery of the program plan in alignment with the overall program team strategies.
    • Closely work with key team members from discovery, pre-clinical, CMC, clinical operation, medical, regulatory to manage the program to achieve the achieve key milestones within time, cost and quality parameters.
    • Proactively drives and monitors the delivery of the plans, anticipates and manages issues that arise, and utilizes business/project knowledge and problem solving skills to bring forward options for solution.
    • Ensures proactive operational risk/opportunity identification and mitigation is conducted regularly by the team, and that the risk plan is documented and communicated to all stakeholders and applicable governance/oversight structures.
    • Monitors and manages progress against the approved budget, ensuring accurate financial forecasts. Manages the process for managing new funding requests through appropriate company governance.
    • Ensures effective, accurate and timely communication of project information to the matrix program Team, and leadership.
    • Manages key documents for the program team, ensuring plans are updated and accessible.
    • Organizes internal program team meetings and leads the discussion
    • Leads process of annual team goal setting and monitors progress against team goals
    • Monitors team performance, identifies issues and partners with leadership to recommend and develop appropriate action.

    skills and experience required.

    • Bachelor degree and above in Pharmaceutical/medical/ biological
    • 5+years work in R&D Department or 3+ years project management experience in healthcare industry
    • Deep knowledge in biopharmaceutics R&D process & life cycle management
    • Soft skill in communication, managing and motivating virtual team
    • Fluent oral and written English communication
    • PMP certification is a plus
