• Failure analysis for non-conforming products (customer returns). Also including FA done on external lab coordination
• Gives FA Technical support (lead in own part) for root cause analysis
• Technical support for CSE in customer communication
• Direct supervisor for technicians
• Failure analysis (plan and execution) for DT in-process failed products
• Coordinate Reliability testing for the production samples
• Also possibly Works in product creation projects as QRE Coordinate/facilitate  process specific PFMEA and technology specific DFMEA updates in PC projects
• Support and lead on own area for Develop and optimize customer quality information database, report template, processes and related cases
• Develop and maintain DT:s FA capabilities including external laboratory availability with other QRE:s
• Complete other related works which is required/expected by own manager
   

skills and experience required.

• Hands on Skills and  Experience with the debugging (failure analysis) and root cause analysis of system level, electronic hardware and control electronic hardware
• 3 or more years in Broad technical knowledge and skills, with deep understanding in at least one of the following area in R&D or production: Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering  or Software/Firmware Engineering, in international company 
• Holds continuous development focus and mindset
• University graduate or above from relevant technology field
