about the job.
- Responsible for retail GTM work
- Retail distributors management and new dealer development layout
- Distribution guidelines for various retail channels (adjusted nationwide based on Jiangsu market);
- Display guidelines for each retail channel;
- Guidelines for retail price chains, formulation of price chains for KA (Metro, Ole) channels, small and medium-sized supermarket channels and management of promotional prices
- KPI settings for retail personnel at all levels (DSR, SR, SP) and other personnel
skills and experience required.
- More than three years of relevant experience in trade marketing in the FMCG industry (best in the food industry). Experience in retail channel sales management will be preferred
- More than three years of experience in project management
- Sensitive to numbers, excellent data analysis skills, clear logic, and sharp thinking
- Excellent communication, coordination skills and teamwork spirit
- Proficient in using computers, proficient in EXCEL, Powerpoint, and able to read and write in English
- Be proactive, patient and meticulous, and able to withstand work pressure
