- Responsible for the management of small and medium-sized supermarkets, local market and grocery stores channels
- Trade Promotion annual small and medium-sized supermarket channel promotion arrangements;
- Establishment of coverage standards for small and medium-sized supermarkets and local market and grocery stores channels distribution and tracking of compliance with standards;
- Setting store expansion goals for small and medium-sized supermarkets and local traditional stores, following up on new store openings, and confirming the system;
- Review and follow-up of KPI for small and medium-sized supermarkets and local traditional stores;
- Small and medium-sized supermarkets, local market activities and comprehensive promotion;
- Follow-up and planning of RCD retail distributors activities;
skills and experience required.
- More than three years of relevant experience in trade marketing in the FMCG industry (best in the food industry). Experience in retail channel sales management will be preferred
- More than three years of experience in project management
- Sensitive to numbers, excellent data analysis skills, clear logic, and sharp thinking
- Excellent communication, coordination skills and teamwork spirit
- Proficient in using computers, proficient in EXCEL, Powerpoint, and able to read and write in English
- Be proactive, patient and meticulous, and able to withstand work pressure
