- Responsible for the regional sales and market operations of franchise brands, formulate and implement regional sales strategies, and achieve annual sales targets;
- Understand the market situation in depth, analyze competing products, and provide effective market strategy suggestions for the company;
- Communicate regularly with franchisees to solve problems that arise during the cooperation process and maintain a good cooperative relationship between the company and franchisees;
- Provide regular training to franchisees to improve their sales skills and product knowledge;
- Organize and participate in various sales and marketing activities to enhance brand awareness and influence;

skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business management and other related majors are preferred;
- More than 5 years of sales or marketing experience, those with franchise brand management experience are preferred;
