1、Bachelor or Master degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Automation is preferred
2、Working experiences > 5 years
3、Experience of industrial applications, especially motion control products is needed
4、Strong firmware development background, familiar with all aspects of the software development life cycle
5、Be familiar with firmware development processes.
6、Rich experiences for FW structure definition including OS.
7、 Experience with modern FW development tools, such as Keil, IAR, visual studio
8、Experience in working with version control tools, for example Git
9、Good organization/communication skills and be logical.
10、Be active and initiative for driving things forward, good on execution and implementation
11、Good English and Chinese communication skills (in word and writing)
12、 Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, a few weeks per year
