This role will be responsible for the business solution and business architecture design of Sephora's omni channel e-commerce system and focus on Payment component. Providing integration solutions based on existing system, and ensuring the implementation of the architecture. Payment Solution design and ensuring solution delivery for our business facing and internal products. Resolving Old OMS problem together with development teams in project and guarantee the successful delivery for Needs based on timeline, Monitoring Policies for Old OMS.

You have solid solution experiences and Middle platform, like Payment, OMS/IMS industries’ experience in China. You are a great communicator and have outstanding experience in building momentum and cross function collaboration within large organizations.

 

• Study current business scenario and system capability through cross functional team communication, artifacts study and practice.
• Define and summarize business requirements with required specification (such as wireframe, PRD, user flow and so on).
• Define functional requirement based on business requirement with required specification (such as data flow chart, business architecture and so on).
• Identify non- functional requirements.
• Corporate and work closely with cross-function team to analyze business, design IT solutions and track and report project status on a regular- basis.
• Participate in business requirement analysis, assess feasibility from technical view
• Be responsible for leading the solution discussion upon requirements and deliver architecture design
• Ensure the implementation quality in align with the design.
• Provide technical support for business and product team.

5+ years of e-commerce/digital ordering technology/beauty/luxury or retail industry experience, omni channel experience is a plus.

• Strong understanding and knowledge for backend and frontend system design, UI/UX design.
• Strong business solution experience of middle platform and Payment domain.
• Business analysis, architecture design, solution design and integration experience of complicated business and systems.
• Fluent oral English skill as well as reading and writing.
• Proven communication and cooperation skills in cross functional teamwork.
• Good understanding for retail business and always keep logical thinking.
• Familiar with middle platform architecture.
• PMP and ACP certificates will be a strong plus.
• Project development experience and technical team management experinece will be strong plus.
