• Manage the Studio Engineering Team in Munich in a professional and efficient way.
• Define, adjust and manage the Design Technic Convergency process in collaboration with your team and the Eng. colleagues in China.
• Maintain a close communication with other Managers and Department Heads.
• Contribute ideas about innovations and advanced technical solutions, incl. tech & innovation scouting.
• Collaboration with suppliers and allocation of projects.
• Development or continuous improvement of processes, methods and tools in alignment with Head of Design Operations.
• Mentor and support your team at their daily work.
Qualifications：
• 12+ years of work experience in a global automotive context, preferably OEM.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a SE-Manager.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• High knowledge in vehicle packaging and parts development.
• Excellent and confident in communication (visual and verbal), ability to communicate complex topics clearly and persuasively across different audiences and levels of organization.
• Willingness to work in an international environment and must feel comfortable at building an internal network across different places.
• English language is a must and Chinese will be considered as a plus.
• Will work in Munich, Germany.
