Responsibilities:
- Responsible for China regional recruiting activities, drives the company recruiting, sourcing and pre-boarding activities regionally as per business needs..
- Provides high quality standards and outstanding talent acquisition knowledge. Ensures that recruiting activities are handled within legal requirements and compliance guidelines.
- Steers the strategic agenda and priorities for sourcing channels and recruiting events, advices on recruiting trends & innovations. Steers the evaluation of sourcing channel and aligns strategies accordingly.
- Governs the collaboration with external talent acquisition partners and processes.
- Supports cross-divisional recruiting related activities within the Group with the help of an active internal recruitment & talent pool strategy. Combines the internal and external talent market.
Qualifications:
- Professional experience in the HR/Recruiting sector of at least 10 years; in an international and/or regional environment; bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Proven leadership experience of at least 5 years, Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team. Knowledge of the talent market and the appropriate sourcing channels.
- Excellent written/spoken English. Experience managing vendors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
