    The position will report to EC Marketing Associated Director

    1) E-trade marketing Strategy, SKU Portfolio, Pricing and Activation Management --

    To understand and analyze EC macro environment including government regulatory, market dynamics and landscape, segment analysis, competition and consumer profiling so as to identify white spaces and business opportunities upfront

    Work closely with the EC sales and marketing team to ensure that trade marketing strategies are aligned with marketing objectives and sales revenue targets

    Based on solid market analysis to develop EC differentiated power SKUs by sub-channel and implement product/category portfolio management in ranges and segments, e-packs and packaging, e-pricing, e-platform/customers exclusives, etc. to drive sustainable sales growth

    Develop trade and consumer promotions/campaigns in collaboration with EC sales managers and support market executions based on familiarity with e-platform promotion mechanism, competition, etc. to increase topline and market share

    To work closely with Global & China Product Marketing team on EC-driven NPD close-loop process: pre-launch opportunity identification, business case rationalization, pricing and value chain analysis, volume forecast and channel penetration, RTM plan and post-launch review

    2) EC Operations Management –

    To develop annual and quarterly promotion calendars, customize promotion activities to accelerate POS by collaborating with EC sales team

    To drive cross-industry brand promotion for EC team to enhance brand influence

    To be responsible for departmental operations including sales forecast and supply, inventory & logistics management, budget and expenses, project set-up and close-loop management, KPI tracking and reporting, etc. and ensure Compliance with policies, systems and controls

    To collaborate and align with all internal business functions and external partners in achieving project targets

    Prepare and organize the presentation materials for sales team

    Monitor and evaluate trade marketing programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed

    Support bottom-up budget proposals and supervise the execution

    Optimize the programs continuously and improving ROI

      skills and experience required.

      1. University Graduate or above ideally in a business related subject
      2. 8+ years of working experience in FMCG trade marketing experience
      3. Deep understanding of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online presence. Able to translate market trends into business opportunities and specific actions
      4. Strong commercial understanding of business issues/opportunities
      5. Demonstrated success in P&L management, budget delivery and growth momentum
      6. Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation. Fluent in both English and Cantonese.
