Main Responsibilities:
1. Achieve the Sales and financial target.
2. Introduce products to accounts in the region by regular visits; provide visits reports on time; accomplish key account identification and work out the work plan.

3. Build up and maintain an alliance of business relationships with clients: accomplish regular customer visits, technical contact, contract negotiation, sales forecast, delivery supervision, payment collection, after-sales service support, and product training.
4. Collect marketing and competitor information for marketing analysis; work closely with different departments to better understand customer needs and identified potential opportunities to secure sales increase.

Job-holder Entry Requirements:
1. University degree with a major in HVAC, Marketing, Engineering or Material Science related
2. Working Experiences: over 3 years of Sales working experience in the HVAC or Filtration industry-related preferred
3. Fluent English in Oral and Written preferred
4. Strong analytical skills, including business, market, and competitive assessments
5. Ability to influence and align cross-functional team members to achieve excellent results
6. Customer-focused while balancing the need for growth, profit, and strategic fit/alignment
7. Excellent relationship builder, including identifying influencers and decision-makers.
8. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
