在新冠疫情的影响下,近些年,人们个人防护意识的增强,防护用品行业呈现出蓬勃发展的势头。

个人防护用品在国内称为劳动保护用品,是指用于保护员工防御物理、化学、生物等有害因素伤害而配备的个人随身穿戴用品,主要包括头部防护(安全帽)、眼面部防护(防护眼具)、听力防护(耳塞)、呼吸防护(防护口罩)、手部防护(手套)、足部防护(安全鞋)、躯体防护(防护服)、坠落防护(安全带)、皮肤防护(洗手液)等。

当前,因为新冠肺炎疫情的关系,大家的视线都聚焦在口罩、防护服、防护手套等已成为全民防疫的刚需用品,使得个人防护用品这一原本并不是焦点的话题变得火热。

在中国,个人防护用品是一个正处在创新发展的行业。高端市场,3M、霍尼韦尔、梅思安、代尔塔、安思尔、雷克兰、优唯斯等国际品牌占领;中坚力量,以赛立特、盾王、朝美、港凯、星宇、南核等品牌为代表的中国制造正在逐渐赶超。

以OEM贴牌的中国企业在产品研发、质量掌控、价格定位等方面有着相当强的竞争力。区域化优势十分明显,尤其在以山东高密、江苏南通、浙江温州、广东东莞为产业集群的区域,生产的防护口罩、防护手套、安全鞋、防护眼镜、安全帽等产品,无论在款式、功能、质量、价格上都具有优势。

行业的发展前景不断吸引新的企业跨领域进入防护用品领域,如孚日股份进军口罩等医疗防护全产业链,中恒集团进军医疗防护用品制造,思创科技全面进军防护装备制造领域。

据企查查专业版数据显示,自2020年1月1日至2月28日,经营范围涉及医疗器械、口罩等防护用品企业增速可观,全国范围内医疗器械企业新增量超3万家。日常主营皮鞋、服装、家纺的企业纷纷转产口罩防护服,据不完全统计,三枪集团、玩觅、报喜鸟、奥康等3万家企业纷纷转产口罩、防护服。

 

                                                    未来发展前景

 

这是一个很有潜力的市场,近几年,国内外市场进一步融合,资本开始进入中国个人防护用品市场。匹克以品牌授权的方式,与日本丸五株式会社合作;英国本泽集团收购了上海和赛富安全科技有限公司和上海合安防护科技有限公司2家企业;震坤行工业超市(上海)有限公司宣布完成由腾讯领投的1.6亿美元D轮融资。

与此同时,中国防护用品企业不断提高,逐步走上国际化、高端化发展道路。如从事阻燃热防护服装领域专业研发生产的企业优普泰,率先突破欧美市场。

随着中国社会的快速发展和劳动市场的产业升级,高端劳动防护用品的需求数量越来越多,专业要求越来越高。根据《国家标准化发展纲要》,到2023年底,个体防护装备标准体系将进一步完善,重点个体防护装备产品标准水平将持续提升,主要性能指标与国际、国外发达国家保持基本一致,将给富有品牌知名度与影响力的防护用品企业提供新的发展机遇。

在此趋势下,防护用品不仅种类划分越来越精细,而且随着科技的发展、工作方式的进步,科技含量高,设计款式也将不断改善与升级。

工作内容:

  • Conduct and produce concise, clear and complete business requirements,Project Charter,Validation Master Plan, Risk Assessment, Test Plan, Test Cases, Test Scripts, Training Plan, Validation Report documentations;

  • To clearly articulate the system solution to all business partners and application Business Analysts;

  • To support Enterprise Test phase of the project;

  • Facilitate meetings with groups of business and IT representatives;

  • To support and conduct workshops and training;

  • Administration of System Change Requests and Problem reports;

  • Demonstrate the ability to seek alternatives, new ideas, and/or approaches to problems;

  • Strong interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders;

  • To understand, conceptualize, and depict system solutions that span multiple systems;

  • To identify, document, and facilitate resolution of business/functional issues that cross multiple systems or platforms;

  • Provide guidance, transfer information to the individual platform Business Analysts;

  • Support the Solution Architect in defining the solution and communicating to the application teams;

  • Motivate others and provide innovative solutions for team improvement;

  • Ensure compliances to the sites and global Standard Operating; Procedure(SOP) i.e. Quality System Requirements (QSR), ISO 9001, ISO 13485, JapanMHLW, TUV, Ministerial Ordinance,No.169 and other regulatory standards and requirements;

  • Be aware and understand Safety, Health and Environmental requirements;

  • Conform at all times to published Ansell’s rules and regulations, disciplinary procedures and any general instructions issued by the management from time to time.

任职要求:

Education

  • Tertiary qualifications in computing or business related discipline required;

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Information Systems, or Computer Science

    preferred;

  • Good level of English.

Job Experience

  • Minimum 5 years of successful business analysis experience including writing business requirements;

  • Experience in the software development methodology lifecycle - including business planning, data analysis, process analysis and design; business, functional, and non-functional requirements analysis, use case analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation;

  • Experience working in and/or leading dynamic cross-system teams using a structured project methodology;

  • Strong hands on experience on medium to large ERP systems;

  • Experience supporting large projects and concurrent projects required;

  • Experience in working on projects with multiple Business Analysts;

  • Experience in Business Intelligence, mobile and/or web analytics a plus;

  • Technical and development background a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

  • Strong project management and people management experience;

  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools;

  • Strong in Business System’s implementation including medium to large scale ERP systems;

  • Analytical skills, to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, assess risk, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a more general understanding, distinguish presented user requests from the underlying true needs, and distinguish solution ideas from requirements;

  • Reasoning and decision-making skills, to determine and recommend solution alternatives that satisfy requirements while also meeting aggressive schedules and budgets;

  • Facilitation skills, to lead requirements elicitation workshops;

  • Writing and Verbal skills with a meticulous attention to detail, to communicate information effectively to customers, managers, and technical staff;

  • Organizational skills, to work in a fast-paced environment, on multiple projects and tasks concurrently;

  • Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders (such as customers, project management, and technical staff);

  • Must be a team player and excellent interpersonal skill. Be able to adapt and work effectively in various work situations. Be amicable, proactive and collaborative in a team environment, but be sufficiently self-motivated to work alone, with minimum supervision, and continue to support the “global” view of Information Technology;

  • Modeling skills, to represent requirements information in graphical forms that augment textual representations in natural language;

  • Additional Requirements (travel, etc.), light travel may be necessary.
