Responsibility:
1) Develop education materials & programs for brand SIS dealers & their sales personnel so they have strong knowledge of our brands, products, & key stories to sell with confidence & successfully
2) Develop seasonal plan & schedule of educational training, workshops, classes, etc to maximize SIS dealers & sales personnel knowledge, sales skills, and motivation

3) Execute education program in high quality & professional manner to maximize effectiveness
4) Follow up with special attention to underperforming SIS dealers & locations to identify issues & improve with countermeasures
5) Develop & execute incentive programs to motivate SIS dealers & sales personnel to sell more & inspire their loyalty to brands
6) Visit brand SIS periodically to check sales personnel knowledge, sales skills, and performance. Conduct scorecard evaluation. Follow up issues & improvement areas as necessary.
7) Develop, execute, and manage certification programs to test SIS dealers & sales personnel knowledge & sales skills. Strive for continuous improvement in certification test results & performance of certified salespeople.
