skills and experience required.
• Bachelor degree and above , preferred in computer science.
• You have at least 15 years of IT experience , ideally in an international Retail / Luxury
• You have significant experiences in the Front- Office domain in the China market ecosystem (customer, loyalty, engagement, omnichannel retail, marketplaces / eCommerce / social selling, …).
• Your strong leadership, autonomy level & communication ability allow you to address subjects by navigating through the organization to co-build & gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
• You have good experience on topics relevant for our Maisons and associated solutions (CRM / Loyalty / Marketing, social networks & marketplaces integrations, OMS, POS, PIM/DAM/RAM, …).
• You have solid experience in application & technical architecture: software, data (reference data, BI / Big Data), integration (EAI, API, ESB), Cloud (GCP, Microsoft Azure, Aliyun), security, compliance…
• A pragmatic approach to architecture (results-oriented, anchored in reality), with an agile mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively with delivery teams. Ideally certified in TOGAF.
• Written and spoken English.
