• Responsible for assisting the general manager of the factory in the management of tire production and ensuring the completion of the production plan;
• Responsible for assisting the general manager of the factory to implement and train, supervise and educate workshop employees to comply with the company's rules and regulations, quality system documents, production process specifications, workshop hygiene standards, equipment operating procedures, etc., to ensure workshop production safety and products meet quality standards;
• Responsible for assisting the factory general manager in the production management of the workshop. Under the unified coordination of the production department, the production plan is arranged in advance, production is reasonably organized and directed, the production site management is done well, and the entire workshop staff is led to complete the production tasks.
• Ensure that the production process, equipment and other production conditions are normal, and propose improvement or rectification plans to the R&D, quality, production, equipment and other departments to continuously improve the process and improve the efficiency of equipment use.
• Implement 5S standard management in the entire workshop, and supervise the implementation and execution of each team and all employees by region
   

skills and experience required.

• Aged 30-40 years old, college degree or above;
• Applicants with more than three years of working experience as a workshop director or in a process or equipment management position in a large production enterprise, and those with production management experience in the same tire industry will be given priority;
• Have strong management and coordination abilities;
• Have strong execution ability, action ability, patience, strong sense of responsibility, and good teamwork spirit;
• Able to adapt to overtime work and have strong ability to withstand pressure;
