- The role is to act as a liaison between the IT technical teams and the business functions in the delivery and support of system and process solutions for OMS.
- Being an IT Lead to support and enhance end-to-end Supply Chain related system architecture and solution, in areas OMS, WMS, Vendor Management, Quality Control, etc. to support quick response in supply chain.
- Identify any improvement opportunities for effectiveness and optimization to drive revenue generation and profitability.
- Work with cross functional business teams and vendors for IT solutions and lead the team on initiative prioritization, identify best approach and deliver.
- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
- Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
- Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution
- Review industry best practice for improvements
- Coordinate with teams on IT architecture optimization, including security, performance etc.
- Build user capabilities (e.g., via trainings)
skills and experience required.

- Minimum 5 years’ IT experiences supporting related system platforms or software in China or relevant functional experience.
- Experience in managing information technology solutions, and how they translate into business impact
- Minimum 3 year’s team management and project management experience.
- Experience in managing and interacting with third party service providers.
- Retail industry experience in Apparel is preferred.
