1. Master's degree or above, majoring in human resource/phycology is a plus, overseas experience preferred.
2. More than 3-5 years of working experience in talent management or organizational development.
3. A consulting firm background is preferred.
4. Conceptual thinking, problem solving, and consultancy.
5. Good at communication and resource integration, confident in doing eye-to-eye level dialogue with executive management.
6. High team spirit with strong collaboration & influencing.
7. Sensitivity to market trends, conceptualized of the rough data to the biz insights.
