1. Lead brand planning process including monthly rolling forecast, quarterly F1/F2/F3 and annual budget.

3. Prepare schedules and set milestones to FBP team, ensuring finance delivery submit smoothly to Global and Group. Continuously streamline overall governance cycle from local reporting to global, drive s implification initiatives and set best practices in coordination with finance community.
4. Provide planning guidance in key finance index to ensure Arc'teryx are in line with long term strategic objective.
5. Standardize planning assumptions for different B Us, ensure all reporting & planning aligned.
6. Build up forecast variance review mechanism with FBP and business, propose action plans to improve planning quality.
7. Consolidate FBP insights to prepare finance review comments to Canada, HQ and Group. Can i dentify key opportunities and risks in brand level.
Management Reporting
1. Set up standard financial reporting system for each business unit in terms of KPI calculation principles and reporting template. Ensure all finance language are same.
