- Drive day-to-day operation processes of Account Receivable to ensure accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage reconciliation and cash process of overseas online and offline self-owned stores and consignment stores.
- Prepare aging report and ensure good cash flow.
- Prepare sales-related expense accrual(such as turnover rent & credit card charge, etc.).
- Prepare sales related reports for management and internal control purpose.
- Communicate with overseas customers about sales reconciliation and aged invoice follow-up.
- Assist in internal and external auditing.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, with 3 years working experience, Ideally from retail industry.
- Knowledge of ERP system and Microsoft office, knowledge of AX preferred
- Strong communication skills and coordination ability
- Flexible and able to work in a fast pace environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese, Japanese N1 certificate is a must.
