about the job.

1. Drive day-to-day operation processes of Account Receivable to ensure accuracy, efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Manage reconciliation and cash process of overseas online and offline self-owned stores and consignment stores.
3. Prepare aging report and ensure good cash flow.
4. Prepare sales-related expense accrual（such as turnover rent & credit card charge, etc.）.
5. Prepare sales related reports for management and internal control purpose.
6. Communicate with overseas customers about sales reconciliation and aged invoice follow-up.
7. Assist in internal and external auditing.

skills and experience required.

1. Bachelor degree in Finance or Accounting, with 3 years working experience, Ideally from retail industry.
2. Knowledge of ERP system and Microsoft office, knowledge of AX preferred
3. Strong communication skills and coordination ability
4. Flexible and able to work in a fast pace environment
5. Fluent in written and spoken English and Japanese,  Japanese N1 certificate is a must.
