Responsibilities:
1、Strategic Planning and Execution
• Responsible for GmbH strategy identification and execution, including identifying the center's goals, developing strategies to achieve those goals, and allocating resources to support those strategies implementation.

• Support MD of the German Design Center to ensure that the center's strategy is always aligned with the company's overall strategy.
2、Operational stuffs management
• Responsible for regulal reporting overall GmbH business status and progressions, including financial, PUR, IT, Legal. As representitive of MD(as needs) to manage and support operational stuffs of GmbH moving forward.
3、Day-to-day Operations
• Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the German Design Center, including ensuring that all departments and functions of the center are operating efficiently.
• Meet regularly with the heads of the center's various departments to discuss progress and issues.
4、Interal & External Relations
• Effectively communicate with HQ teams for transparant info. exchange, efficient support to each other, events organizing, etc
• Represent the German Design Center to external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, partners, and government officials.
• Establish and maintain good external relationships for the development of the Design Centre.
5、Other Skills and Experience:
• Knowledge of the new energy vehicle industry
• Knowledge of German culture and business environment
• Strong team spirit
Requirements:
• Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in business management
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Fluency in German and English
• Work location: Munich, Germany
