Responsibilities:
- Lead extended project team with over 100 team members of cross function team in
China, Germany, and America
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Lead planning and implementation of project

- Stakeholder management within matrix organization - Information and escalation to stakeholders, drive decision making based on proposals / recommendations
- Continuous development / improvement (identify gaps and derive measures) of project organization and supporting functions.
- Define project tasks and derive resource capacity and competency requirements
- Manage project budget and resource allocation
- Drive and track project deliverables based on systematic development methods and the selection / use of adequate tools.
- Monitor and report on project progress to all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Master’s degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or industrial engineering
- Experience in platform project management and in product development
- PMP certification
- Strong leading, communication and negotiation skills
- Open for international culture
- Good English language skills
- Result-oriented, not only find and report problem, but also look for solution
- Resilience and openness to change within VUCA times
- Conflict management skills
- Embracing empowerment - driving, making and owning decisions
- Willing to travel, domestic 1-2 time/month, international 3-4 times/year
- Preferred:
- Experience in process development or manufacturing engineering
- Broad engineering experience, ideally in product development of complex mechatronics components, ideally e-Compressor
