工作职责:
负责逆变器产品需求分析及定义;
Responsible for Inverter product requirements analysis and definition;
负责逆变器产品硬件架构设计,包括控制策略以及关键器件的设计;
Responsible for Inverter hardware topology design, including control strategy and key components design;
负责逆变器技术动态及趋势分析,以及新技术的预研;

支持关键问题的分析和解决;
Support the analysis and solving for key problems;
负责逆变器关键技术的知识总结、团队成员能力培养、创造性成果转化以及问题解决能力的提升。
Responsible for knowledge summary of inverter key technology, compedence building of team member, transformation of creative achievements, and problem solving compedence improvement.
Requirements任职要求:
电力电子、汽车电子、自动化、电机、电路与系统、自动化控制等专业硕士及以上学历;
Master degree or above in Power Electronics, Automotive Electronics, Automation, Motor, Circuits and Systems, Automation Control or related area.
具备车载逆变器实际开发及量产经验,工作经验大于8年;
More than 8 years’ experience in automotive inverter development and mass production.
精通车载逆变器硬件拓扑设计,控制和保护策略设计;
Proficiency in automotive inverter hardware topology design,control and protection stratety design.
熟练掌握电力电子知识,熟悉电力电子的基本拓扑结构,功率半导体器件,驱动和散热设计;
Proficiency in power electronics, familiar with power electronics topology, power semiconductor devices, driver design and thermal design.
熟悉FMEA和硬件功能安全设计;
Familiar with FMEA and harware functional safety design.
熟悉汽车电子标准,新器件认可流程,硬件可靠性设计,以及逆变器认可流程;
Familiar with automotive electric standard, new component release process, hardware reliability design, and inverter release process.
诚实、积极主动、创新、具备快速学习能力;
Be honest, active, innovative and quick learner.
良好的沟通,团队合作及英语水平;
Good communication, teamwork and English skills.
