Responsibilities:
- Strategizes and sets individual sales targets, executing plans to achieve and surpass objectives;
- Maintains end-to-end follow-up on existing orders to ensure seamless order fulfillment;
- Manages and provides support to distributors within the assigned region;
- Explores new market segments, enhancing IVD product branding locally and expanding market presence;
- Showcases IVD products at professional exhibitions and fairs;
- Keeps management informed through comprehensive activity reports, work plans, and territory market analyses;
- Monitors competition by gathering and analyzing marketplace information, including pricing, products, and delivery schedules;
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating issues, developing solutions, and providing recommendations to the management team;
- Coordinates with the Service team to address and resolve customer concerns promptly;
- Provides feedback to the R&D team based on sales status for product optimization purposes.
Requirements:
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related fields such as mechanical and electrical engineering, biomedical science, or human sciences;
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Medical Device industry;
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills in English;
- Exhibits exceptional capabilities in business expansion and account management;
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
