- Collaborate closely with the sales team to build a robust network of Licensed Dealers. Conduct face-to-face interviews with potential Dealers and conduct assessments to identify risks. Manage the exit of Licensed Dealers to minimize risks.
- Evaluate the regional/vertical growth potential and competition status to optimize the channel landscape.
- Develop and implement channel development programs aimed at enhancing productivity and competency.
- Develop and manage the aftermarket distribution model.
- Fine-tune channel policies and streamline assessment processes.
- Oversee project dealer management and risk control.
- Handle dealer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a strong understanding of multi-channel business models and a sense of business development.
- Significant experience in front-line channel sales and management, with an appreciation for the factors that drive dealer business success.
- The ability to manage large channel partners.
- The ability to work across functions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills, a willingness to embrace change, and an innovative mindset.
- Comfort working under pressure and in high-pressure situations.
