Key Responsibilities.
Business needs understanding & prioritizing
- Understand and support the implementation of the China CRM strategic and roadmap
- Design, document, and implement the B2B CRM platform and CRM products in China in line with Global IT strategies
- Understand the business needs and scope from related stakeholders
- Initiate brainstorming and discussion to define, prioritize the key product needs
- Build strong relationship with Digital HQ team
Business process documentation
- Participate in the definition of the business case, cost model and overall objectives for the CRM Products
- Support the CRM Program teams & external PMO in formalizing the business process in alignment with system designs data field definition, system rules and configuration, features and processes description) and support to define the correct target operating model with new product launching
- Define and organize project steering activities, advice and review the overall plan and status of the project.
- Defines SLAs and monitors achievements
Product Management
- Define and monitor the product release plan. Methodologies, Resource and responsibilities allocation (internal/external).
- Develop mechanism to monitor the product releases and corresponding features
- Resolve and assist in the resolution of conflicts during each releases, with IT and external agencies
- Conduct on-site training to ensure all the users are capable of operating
- Support on queries and troubles from the users
- Monitor on the usage of the platform and tools, collect the qualitative feedbacks for the next phase
