- Lead the launch and establishment of a new chain of ice-cream and tea retail stores (direct stores).
- Utilize previous experience in initiating businesses or introducing new stores/brands from inception.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with government departments and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government entities.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail chain stores, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.
- Implement strategic plans for store management and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and supply chain, to achieve business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to store managers and staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
skills and experience required.
- Bachelor 's degree or above.
- Industry experience in FMCG, retail, tea/ coffee/ ice cream/ bakery or chocolate store chains is preferred.
- Proven experience in launching businesses or opening new stores/brands, preferably from scratch.
- Strong background in store operations and management, with a preference for experience overseeing at least 30 stores is preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, particularly with government departments and regulatory authorities.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels within the organization.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding business objectives.
