Responsibilities:
- Enhance organizational efficiency via establishing efficient processes, methods and forging a high performance mindset
- Highlighting organizational impediments and driving improvement
- Enable and grow people according to our purpose and strategy with the appropriate tools and methods to formulate and sustain high performance
- Together with stakeholders and peers transfer the business strategy into day to day collaboration across hierarchy levels, functions and regions
- Enhancing team efficiency (fast learning, high performing team culture, …)
- Facilitation of the agile team events (e.g. daily standup, sprint planning, review, etc.)
- Driving team building, good team spirit, team development and continuous improvement
