Reporting Misconduct
Randstad is an international organization that puts more emphasis on excellence. As such, we expect all Randstad employees to behave ethically, legally and to live up to our core values – to know, to serve, to trust; striving for perfection; and simultaneous promotion of all interests. In response to our culture of openness and accountability, we expect all stakeholders to report any conduct that is not in line with these values.
To help report serious misconduct (including illegal activities, health and safety failures and violations of Randstad's policy on appropriate act), we have developed a misconduct reporting procedure. Employees are encouraged to first raise concerns with their manager or other appropriate local reporting authority. If this may not be effective or appropriate, they should submit a report through Randstad Group's reporting channels, which include a secure web page and a 24-hour hotline. See contact information. Reports received through these channels will be forwarded to the relevant local integrity officer who will ensure that any reports are dealt with quickly, fairly and lawfully.
All concerns raised in accordance with this procedure will be treated strictly confidentially and with the complete assurance that there will be no retaliation against any employee filing a good faith complaint. The person under investigation will be notified and will have the right to respond to allegations and appeal any adverse findings. Management will take prompt and appropriate action if serious misconduct is proven to have occurred.
