about the job.
- Set up annual member marketing strategy plan, accelerate member recruitment, fan conversion, improve member sales ratio, customer singles and repurchases, improve overall member activity.
- Responsible for user life cycle management and strategy formulation, through different contact methods and communication strategies, make effective promotion of new activation, activate slient and current members, perfect user image and life cycle management system.
- Manage members by layer and tag management, establish and implement different levels of user operation strategies and solutions, effectively improve business indicators.
- Analyze user data, be able to analyze users' key behaviour paths, adopt different strategies for unconsumed users, new users, remained users, continuously identify problems and propose effective and optimized solutions.
- Responsible for the private domain, the whole flow of the nodes, the design of the new path, Wechat program, Wechat Official Account, offline channels, etc., manage the public domain and the private domain, from 0 to 1, the completion of the private domain flow pool 。
- The index of the whole link is broken down, and the root cause analysis is carried out for the conversion rate of each layer, and the user path can be effectively improved.
- Good at private domain marketing, provide users with high-quality content and activities, improve user activity and conversion.

- Bachelor's degree or above
- 5 years expereince in user growth and CRM
- Strong data analysis, capable of SQL/ R/ Python will be a plus
- Deep understanding of user life circle and RFM group operation
