Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute paid media strategies to optimize for fan growth, conversion, and ROI.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Lead digital campaign planning and execution on the base of marketing objectives.
- Lead the relationship with key digital partners to optimize the brand visibilities and effectiveness on the digital platforms.
- Formulate social media strategies and maintain social calendars, curating content that aligns with our brand universe and resonates with local audiences.
- Work with the regional and local content teams to identify creative needs for digital content.
- Understand target audience and competition dynamics; proactively share research and insights on China's digital landscape nuances with internal teams and brand partners.
Requirements:
