1.Assess and prioritize daily work based on outstanding Worldwide Service Desk issues
2.Ticket and time tracking using our ITSM solution, ServiceNow
3.Provide rapid-response support to all distribution centers, corporate offices, and manufacturing facilities for all
Shanghai and Japan subsidiary users

4.Support of devices such as laptops, desktops, handheld barcode scanners, custom workstations, label printers,
and other proprietary technology
5.Support of Windows based operating systems and Microsoft Office applications as well as other out of the box
and developed software packages
6.Administration of Active Directory and O365 for all user and end-user system objects
7.Provide local hands-on support for corporate tier 3 IT teams including problem reporting and resolution for
distribution centers, corporate offices, and manufacturing facilities in China and aid in infrastructure expansion
discussions as needed
8.Develop and drive continuous improvement projects that increase efficiencies and drive down operational costs.
9.Prepares proposals, cost/benefit analyses and feasibility studies.
10.Maintain ongoing computer refreshes and setups
11.Create documentation, standard work, and knowledge base articles
12.Act as a local resource for Worldwide Service Desk projects
13.Participation in after hours on-call support may be required
技能和经验要求
1.3-5 years infrastructure support experience required
2.College degree in MIS, computer science, business or equivalent technical degree/experience required
3.Advanced knowledge of modern computer hardware, wired and wireless networking, handheld barcode scanners,
IP phones, printers, and peripheral computer equipment required
4.Advanced knowledge of Windows 10, Windows 11, and MacOS required
5.Experience configuring and maintaining laptops and desktops in an enterprise environment required
6.Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
7.Experience with Cisco networking equipment, networking, and firewall technology
8.Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and/or collaboratively with remote peers
9.Read and comprehension skill in English and customer service skills required
