- Being a Lead to design/implement/rollout digital solutions, such as online ecommerce platforms, customer data platform etc.
- Work with cross functional business teams and vendors for E-comm solutions and lead the team on initiative prioritization, identify best approach and deliver.
- Account for possible project challenges on constraints including, risks, time, resources and scope
- Work closely with project management teams to successfully monitor progress of initiatives
- Provide detailed specifications for proposed solutions
- Define clear goals for all aspects of a project and manage their proper execution
- Review industry best practice for improvements
- Coordinate with Local IT teams on IT architecture optimization, including Security, performance etc.
skills and experience required.
- Minimum 5 years’ China Ecom IT experiences operating Ecom end-to-end platforms and with e-marketplaces in China
- Proven experience being project manager on Web, PIM(Product info management system), Wechat Miniprogram or Mobile App solution, especially for eCommerce purpose, functionalities,
- Familiar with development of technology and norm of various e-commerce platforms
- Minimum 3 year’s team management and project management experience.
- Retail industry experience in Apparel is highly preferred.
