    Develop and implement the manufacturing strategy to align with Praesidiad business goals.
    Operational planning and management to become best in class across our end to end supply chain.
    Drive continuous improvement across key performance metrics (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Inventory).
    Develop and lead the manufacturing team ensuring alignment to Praesidiad values.
    Build a world class manufacturing site, optimize processes, tracking KPI, setup policies and apply best practices to accelerate site growth.
    Build and maintain close, strong, positive relationships with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally.
    Responsible for continuous production line transfer projects and ensure the capabilities of the plant and the team are ready for the various production needs of the site.
    Actively advocate and contribute to the continuous improvement and lean management, ensuring the implementation of process improvement recommendations.
    Be an advocate for and drive the digitisation journey to automate and streamline processes.
    Lead the team to proactively and swiftly resolve any challenges and process issues.
    Keep a safe and clean work environment and ensure that the operation's equipment, facility and processes are in conformance with government and local HSE regulations.
    Drive initiatives/workshops to improve our productivity and quality continuously.
    Share data insights and identify future improvement and savings, driving any actions.

Skills and Experience:
    15 years’ experience in manufacturing and at least 5 years’ experience in site leader role and lead 300 people management experience.
    Bachelor’s degree or above, major in machinery, mold, equipment, engineering and other related majors.
    Have the same or similar industry background is a plus (such as PES coating).
    Background and training in process control, quality assurance, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma and ISO Certification.
    Self-starter who takes ownership for driving projects and initiatives through to conclusion.
    Good communication skills, good at discovering problems, have strong ability of solving problems independently. 
    Excellent leadership, influence, and presentation skills.
    Strong integrity, ethics, team working, and customer orientation.
    Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
