Job Responsibilities：

Job Requirements：
Engineer or equivalent educational 
Fluent English speaking 
5 years of manufacturing experience in rubber /seals/ Injection and automotive company 
Proficient abilities of coaching, communication and motivation based on good knowledge, skill and experience.
