Responsibilities：

• Responsible for advanced product design and new technology research & development(terminal/connector).
• Analyze and research the market development trend of key products, benchmark the competitor technology and product status.
• Technical communication with customers, vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas during the research and validation of new products.
• Identify and define the application and technical requirement/target.
• Innovate original ideas for new products, conduct feasibility study and validation on new/iteration designs.
• Lead detailed design, prototype, testing, and transfer the new products and technologies to mass production projects.
• Create and modify detailed drawings and drafting or conceptual models from layouts, rough sketches or notes and contribute to design modifications to facilitate manufacturing operation or quality of product. 
• Typical fields of expertise include: materials, mechanics and systems, electrical, optics, chemistry, software, automation systems and testing, and manufacturing of electrical, mechanical and electronic components, products, and their integration into systems.

Qualifications：

• Master of product development process and related product manufacturing process.
• A complete understanding and wide application of technical theories, principles, engineering tools and techniques, such as: CAE, GD&T, DFM, DFA, DFSS, DFMEA, etc.
• Ability to freely use Cero software and drawing design, tolerance calculation.
• Be familiar with stamping, plating, molding, assembly and machine Application, etc.
• Be familiar with the relevant technical standards and law regulations.
• Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.  
• Effective Interaction and communication within the organization.
• Effective problem solve skills, to be innovative, willingness/ability to deal with multiple products and assigned tasks.
