Responsibilities：

1. Responsible for design the Quality Governance framework for all the R&D functions which compliance with global R&D strategy. 
2. Responsible for enhancement of R&D governance process for product development & process enhancement, with focus on clear non-negotiable quality control process while enhance and develop necessary control process to ensure high quality R&D delivables. 
3. Be responsible for global R&D quality documentation system management. Integrate global R&D quality document system and compliance with global standard, like ISO9001, HACCP and BRCGS requirement. Build up quality knowledge capture, generation and sharing process in R&D.
4. Be responsible to apply 6 sigma and QbD tools and system to support R&D governance system with lean and efficient structure. To develop 6 sigma green belt and black belt development plan in whole global R&D system.

Qualifications：

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. Fluent in English.
3. Good team management skills and can drive team to achieve targets.
