Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ensures implementation of Product Development& Commercialization (PDC), standards, methods, and tools competence.
Act as a quality expert, provide necessary quality related mentoring, coaching, expertise, and training to the project team members especially concerning PDC
Manages and oversees BU Chassis Control project quality engineers and as a window to the project quality management team in Europe.
Coordinates all R&D project related quality and safety aspects are obeyed.
Ensures adherence to Quality & Safety Plan for the project, and defines quality targets and Quality assurance measures.
Clarifies and negotiates quality deviations and derives measures from project risk management.
Ensure legal, standard and customer requirements are fulfilled through the project and deploy in the project development.
Coordinate with CQE team for quality performance data and share to each project quality engineer, ensure the regular report from each project quality engineer to PG and central quality available and on time.
