Key Responsibilities
1.Strategy:
Production and Planning Manager is the position to play role of prepare material & production planning according to confirmed customer orders and execution production to ensure on time delivery of qualified product.
The role will be key for driving continuous shop floor efficiency improvement via lean manufacture , automation and IT projects.
2.Operations:
Basing on forecast from customer service, generate material planning and follow up purchase & material shortage
Prepare production planning, balance capacity and customer request delivery timeline.
Lead production supervisor to execute production
Follow up efficiency improvement via lean manufacture methodology, automation and IT projects
3. Cooperation:
Work together with customer service to confirm lead time
Ensure assembly quality and work closely with quality function for root cause analysis and improvement on defect caused by internal assembly process.

Ensure operation safety, work together with EHS to conduct risk analysis , take preventive actions including safety trainings.
Skills and Experience:
- Colleague degree
- 10 years working experience in production, IE , planning functions in manufacture industry.
- Skill of MS Office software, advanced Excel skill
- Lean Manufacture Knowledge
- Good at ERP knowledge and data analysis
- Good communication skill, including English
