Main tasks and responsibilities
- Project progress control to ensure on-time-delivery of the products.
- Project cost monitor and control.
- Money collection follow up.
- Monthly working reports, including project closing summary and project status report.
- Work closely with procurement team to control inventory properly.
- Projects quality monitor and control.
- Customer coordination, such as customer audits/visit/witness tests and project opening meetings with the customers.
- Other project-related tasks, such as internal/external quality audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or supply chain.
- At least 5 years of project management or production scheduling in machinery manufacturing enterprises.
- Knowledge of supply chain, production process and scheduling.
- Good English skills.
- Strong planning and organization skills.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, diligent, able to perform under pressure and willing to learn
