Build a world class manufacturing site, optimize processes, tracking KPI, setup policies and apply best practices to accelerate site growth.
Build and maintain close, strong, positive relationships with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally.
Responsible for continuous production line transfer projects and ensure the capabilities of the plant and the team are ready for the various production needs of the site.
Actively advocate and contribute to the continuous improvement and lean management, ensuring the implementation of process improvement recommendations.
Be an advocate for and drive the digitisation journey to automate and streamline processes.
Lead the team to proactively and swiftly resolve any challenges and process issues.
Keep a safe and clean work environment and ensure that the operation's equipment, facility and processes are in conformance with government and local HSE regulations.
Drive initiatives/workshops to improve our productivity and quality continuously.
Share data insights and identify future improvement and savings, driving any actions.
Skills and Experience:
15 years’ experience in manufacturing and at least 5 years’ experience in site leader role and lead 300 people management experience.
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in machinery, mold, equipment, engineering and other related majors.
Have the same or similar industry background is a plus (such as PES coating).
Background and training in process control, quality assurance, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma and ISO Certification.
Self-starter who takes ownership for driving projects and initiatives through to conclusion.
Good communication skills, good at discovering problems, have strong ability of solving problems independently.
Excellent leadership, influence, and presentation skills.
Strong integrity, ethics, team working, and customer orientation.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English.
