COPQ Reduction: Direct and support to analysis the production data, find the quality improvement opportunity and lead team to determine the actions, follow up and verify the improvement result, take reaction base on the actual result.
People Management: Allocate work across direct reports; monitor and review their performance; mentor, coach and motivate them; and help resolve people/functional issues to achieve the targeted team performance and retain talent.
Promote continuance improvement culture through professional problem- solving tools to reduce quality cost and pursue 0PPM. In this process utilizing formal quality improvement methodologies and become a standard procedure.
Develop and implement a quality data analysis plan, monitor and evaluate data analysis results, and ensure that quality issues are effectively resolved.
Coordinate communication and cooperation with other departments, use data analysis results to guide the improvement and optimization of other business activities of the company.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electronics or relevant
More than 8 years of working experience, and 3years at least in manager roles, automotive experience must be.
Solid knowledge on Automotive standards and regulations.
Good communication skill, integrity, accountability, logical, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure.
Good leadership skills including ability to motivate and create commitment.
6 sigma green belt certification. Familiar with the six-sigma knowledge.
Strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills, able to use data analysis methods to identify the root cause of problems and propose improvement plans.
Fluent in oral English.
