Job Responsibilities
• Familiar with automotive OE business management
• Maintain internal communication with global sales to define growth potential, implement sales strategy, business development
• Coordinate with division sales and act as one interface to customers, ensure execution in voice of customers

• Maintain and develop good relationship with customers
• Support successful and timely delivery of products/services to customers according to their specifications
• Leadership of cross-divisions subjects and cross-selling at the customer with support of respective divisions on regional level
• Understand customer needs, organize meeting, training, innovation tour, customer visits at different levels
• Handling of general / non project specific customer requirements (e.g. quality, logistics, customer norms) on regional level
• Negotiations of general terms & conditions (e.g., MPA, warranty, quality, logistics), agreement with customer on regional level, support of divisions for specific negotiations
• Support Customer Man-mapping, stakeholder analysis, customer satisfaction measurement
• Deliver local sales planning input and support strategic planning activities
• Assist marketing in new product launch and innovation promotion
• Support competitor analysis
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or above
• Minimum 8 years of automotive related work experience
• Good command of English and Japanese
• Familiar with China automotive OE business is preferable
• Creative, high-energy, self-directed, team-oriented individual
• Ability to handle complex assignments requiring independent action and decision making
• Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral (including skills in developing and delivering presentations)
• Open and quickly adaptive. Able to work initiatively and efficiently under pressure
• Be able to travel frequently
