- Set up the Sales platform (distributor , e-commerce & offline business) and conduct the collaboration processes
- Build the deep relationship with the management and execution team of distributor
- Data analytics and reporting
- Monitor and execute the sales promotion plan
- Understand global brand strategy, and then deploy global strategy with local insights
- Identify the opportunities to improve the new product pipeline to line up with the organization’s long-term goals;
skills and experience required.
- 5 years+ working experiences in cosmetics industry, skin care preferred
- Sales at branded companies
- Foreign companies preferred
- English is a must-have qualification
- Trading experience and E-com would be a plus
