- Responsible for brand center, user ecosystem, and user service
- Responsible for brand marketing and brand activities (brand influence and brand mentality, brand activity penetration and delivery quality)
- Responsible for CRM system and refined operation (member system construction, member increase, and high-value members)
- Responsible for user service system and operation (user satisfaction, user royalty, and APPU value correlation)
skills and experience required.
- At least 10 years management experiences from both MNC and Domestic companies
- Strong adaptability
- Experiences in leading companies with big volume of SKUs and Categories
- Both online and offline business experiences
